Step 3 - Final Design Meeting
At this final meeting, you will reconfirm and approve all material selections and design drawing details. Final approvals will be required for the
Appliance & Plumbing List,
specification list, and Door Samples. Your designer will thoroughly review the sales contract with you to make sure you understand all aspects of the contract before signing it. Any corrections to the contract will be made at this time. All parts of the contract will need to be signed and deposit paid in full in order for products to be ordered. There are no exceptions. Contract payments terms are 50% deposit, 40% due upon delivery, and the final 10% due upon a
useable condition space.
